Intramural
The Intramural is an 8 week program focusing on player and skills development. Players meet weekly for practice Monday and Wednesday after 5:30 pm.

Curriculum and outline:
Winter (6 weeks - Monday & Wednesday) ❄️
- Develop ball-handling skills: Master the art of juggling, dribbling, foot skills, and turns to become a true maestro with the ball. 🤹♂️⚽💨
- Enhance comfort in congested areas: Learn to navigate and thrive in tight spaces on the field, turning obstacles into opportunities. 🌆🚧
- Gain confidence and control with the ball: Elevate your game by boosting your confidence and control, so you can dominate any situation. 🏆🎯🤙
Spring (8 weeks - Monday & Wednesday) 🌷
- Improve 1st touch using various body parts: Improve your first touch with precision using different body parts, including laces, inside foot, thighs, and chest. 🦵👣👈👃
- Develop 1 v 1 skills through multiple one-on-one scenarios: Master the art of one-on-one play through elusive foot-skills, enhancing your ability to excel in beating players. 🤼♂️⚽
- Learn effective defending and attacking against a single opponent: Develop the skills and individual strategies to excel both in defending against and attacking a single opponent, giving you the edge on the field. 🛡️⚔️
Summer (8 weeks - Monday & Wednesday) 🌷

- Enhance tactical awareness with & without the ball: Develop your tactical understanding and positional awareness when you're off the ball, ensuring you're always in the right place at the right time. 🤔⚽🌐
- Focus on specific aspects of the game in a controlled environment: Delve into the nuances of the game by isolating and perfecting specific aspects in a controlled setting, fine-tuning your skills and decision-making. 🎯🔬⚽

- Mental Toughness Training: Develop the mental strength to tackle any challenge on the pitch. 💭💪
- Tactical Awareness Training: Grasp the intricate strategies and tactics that make a winning team. 📊📈🎯

Attendance and participation are critical to player development.📩📋🔗
During each session, players will compete weekly for the Intramural Soccer Star award by demonstrating the skills learned that week.
The Intramural Coordinator will select one player from each group who shows the best drill performance as the winner.
All winners will receive an ISS badge (“Intramural Soccer Star”) to attach to their C.I.S.C Drawstring Backpack.
Winners will also be featured on CISC’s social media platforms.
Group Sizes and Skill Levels
- Limited spots available with a maximum of 10 students per group. 🏫👥
- Students assigned to groups based on age group. 📈⚽️
- Aim: Training with peers of similar abilities for a more effective experience. 🎯👥⚽️
- Goal: Deliver a focused and personalized learning experience. 🎯📚🧑🏫

$125 per student per Session.
